Overview

You can create and manage multiple accountants in your account. The number of accountants you can create depends on your subscription package. On the free subscription you can only have one accountant.


Create an Accountant

In the following steps, we will create an accountant.


NOTE: You must have the administrative rights to create an accountant. To check the role of your signed-in account, click here.


  1. From the top right of the menu bar, click and select Accountants.



  2. Click New to create a new accountant.



  3. Fill in the First Name, Last Name and a valid E-mail address.


  4. You can either assign special privileges to a user, or assign specific clients.

    1. TO ASSIGN SPECIAL PRIVILEGES
      Select either Administrator or Global Clients Manager to provide special privileges.

      NOTE: Administrator has an unrestricted access to your account including clients, while the Global Clients Manager can only manage all the clients of your company.


    2. TO ASSIGN SPECIFIC CLIENTS:
      1. Next to Assigned Clients, click .


      2. Select a client, and click Save.


  5. Click Set Password.



  6. Enter a strong password, and click Save.


  7. Click Save.


The new accountant is displayed with the specified security settings.
