Overview

You can easily manage email integration and branding features like logo, primary and secondary colors.


Integration and Branding

In the following steps, we will explore the billing, subscriptions and invoices options.


NOTE: You must have the administrative rights to access these pages. To check the role of your signed-in account, click here.


  1. From the top right of the menu bar, click and select Integration.


    The page displays the left menu with access to the following pages:



E-mail

This page allows setting up an e-mail configuration. You can either configure your own configuration or let pragmeo handle and send your e-mails for you.


  1. From the left menu, click Email.



  2. Either select Let us send your email or Use these custom outgoing SMTP settings, and click Save.

    In case of custom settings, specify the following fields:
    1. [Outgoing Server] - enter the name of your outgoing SMTP server (like mail.company.com)

    2. [User Name] - enter the username of an account for your server (like email@email.com)

    3. [Password] - enter the account password

    4. [Port] - enter the port number

    5. [Security] - select a security type

    6. [Test Connection] - click to check if the connection is working.

 



Branding

This page allows setting up branding for your account like custom logo and colors.


  1. From the left menu, click Branding.


To setup and apply your own logo:

  1. Select Use Custom Logo to enable your brand logo.

  2. Use the Drop files here to upload area to upload your logo file, and click Save.



The logo is now enabled and applied to your account.



To setup and apply your brand colors:


  1. Select Use custom colors to enable your own custom colors.



  2. Next to the Primary color, click the color handle for color selection, and click choose

    TIP: You can also enter the hexa-code for your brand's primary color.


  3. Next to the Secondary color, click the color handle for color selection, and click choose.



  4. Click Save to apply the color settings.


The color settings are now enabled and applied to your account.
