Overview

You can easily manage subscriptions and billings like clearing invoices and adding payment methods.


Billing and Subscriptions

In the following steps, we will explore the billing, subscriptions and invoices options.


NOTE: You must have the administrative rights to access these pages. To check the role of your signed-in account, click here.


  1. From the top right of the menu bar, click and select Billing.


The page displays the left menu with access to the following pages:


Subscriptions

This page allows reviewing and updating the subscription page.


  1. From the left menu, click Subscription.



  2. Scroll down to see more options.


You can now view your currently selected package, shift between annual or monthly subscriptions or upgrade your package.


To upgrade your subscription package:


  1. Under your desired package, click upgrade.



  2. On the confirmation dialog, click Yes.


NOTE: Make sure you have your billing details setup to upgrade your package. In case, your billing details are not setup, you will be redirected to the billing page. Click here to setup your billing details here with a guided tutorial.


Billing

This page allows adding payment methods, applying coupons, making one-time  payments, and updating contact details.You can also specify whether or not you want to get charged automatically. In addition, you can increase the number of accountants in your company based on your Subscription package.


  1. From the left menu, click Billing.



To increase the number of accountants:

  1. Next to the Number of user accounts, enter an integer value.



To enable or disable automatic charge of payments:


  1. Next to Auto renew, click the toggle to either enable or disable the automatic charge.



To add a Payment Method:

  1. Next to Payment Method, click Add.

  2. Enter the card number, expiry, and CVC.

  3. Click Add.


The specified payment method is displayed, which you can either remove or modify as needed.


 

To make a one-time payment:


  1. Under the Credit Remaining, click One Time Payment.



  2. Enter the Amount and click Pay.


Invoices

This page allows reviewing and downloading the invoices individually.


  1. From the left menu, click Invoices.
