Overview

You can add a default schedule to a Procedure. This allows you to define the schedule once, and have it automatically created when you assign the procedure to clients.To learn more about Procedures, check out this link.


Add a Schedule to the Procedure

In the following steps, we will add a schedule to a Procedure.


  1. Edit an existing procedure or create a new one.



  2. Next to Schedule, click


Follow these steps on the dialog:

  1. Change Year to set the frequency by which the procedure will repeat. For example, selecting 6 Months means the procedure will repeat every 6 months.

  2. Select whether the repeating cycle begins from calendar date or financial date.

  3. Enter the offset to skip the specified days before the schedule repeats.

  4. Click Save.
