Overview

A procedure is a service offered to clients by your practice. It is constructed from info types and detail the information passed back and forth between your practice and the client.


You can easily create or edit a procedure in your account. To learn more about Procedures, check out this link.


Create a New Procedure

In the following steps, we will create a new procedure.


  1. From the navigation expand Services, and click Procedures.



  2. Click New.


  3. You can create a new procedure using the standard templates offered by Pragmeo, or create a new one from scratch.


Create a Procedure Using Templates

The following steps illustrate how to create a procedure using a template.

 

  1. Click From Template, and select one or more templates that you want to use in the procedure.

  2. Click Save.


The procedures are created and displayed based on the selected templates.



Create a Custom Procedure

The following steps illustrate how to create a custom procedure.


  1. Click From New.



  2. Enter the Name, Description and Introduction Text for the procedure.

  3. Scroll down to see more options.
  4. Next to Information to Collect, click .




  5. Select the types of information you want to add in the procedure, and click Save.



  6. Similarly, follow the above steps 4 and 5 to add more information types like Information to Send and For internal use.

  7. Click Create.
